The Integrative Internal Security Governance (IISG) Secretariat successfully organized and facilitated the Coordinator Meeting (14 October) and the 18th Regional Network of National CT-P/CVE Coordinators (RNNC) Meeting (15 October 2025) in Skopje, North Macedonia.

The event gathered Western Balkan partners and international stakeholders to review findings, exchange perspectives, and set priorities for advancing regional cooperation in addressing serious and organized crime. The main objectives included concluding the annual response mapping report (2020–2023), finalizing the biannual needs mapping report (2024–2026), presenting the analysis and updates of ongoing projects in the IISG Database, and agreeing on the draft work plan for Pillar 2 – WBCSCi

Bar, Montenegro – On 22–23 July 2025, the IISG Secretariat organized the Regional Pillar Support Group Meeting for Pillar 3 – the Western Balkan Border Security initiative (WBBSi). The meeting was convened as part of the second phase of the ACTION, following the completion of the response and needs mapping analysis.

Skopje, North Macedonia – On 24–25 June 2025, the IISG Secretariat organized the Regional Pillar Support Group Meeting for Pillar 1 – the Western Balkans Counter-Terrorism Initiative (WBCTi). The meeting marked an important step in the second phase of the ACTION, following the finalization of the analysis process of the response and needs mapping
